Cross-college collab drives innovation: Badger Solar Racing

Badger Solar Racing is a team of dedicated undergraduate and graduate students from across the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison committed to building a solar-powered car for the 1,500-mile American Solar Challenge. The team is divided into mechanical, electrical, and operations groups, all working together to create the most efficient vehicle possible. With two years of effort, the team has developed Solar Car 1.5, the embodiment of their innovation and teamwork.
