Bluemke Professor of industrial and systems engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, received the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers’ Boeing Excellence Award for Collaboration in Productivity, Workplace Safety and Ergonomics. The award honors outstanding quantifiable, innovative contributions to the fields of productivity, safety and ergonomics through academia-industry collaborations. Radwin, who specializes in the physiological and biomechanical characteristics of work with a view to improving the design of jobs, equipment, products and environments, frequently works with a range of public and private organizations. He received the honor as part of the IISE Annual Conference & Expo 2022 in May. Radwin is also a Discovery Fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery.
