The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites you to join us on Tuesday, August 5th at 1:30 p.m. for the grand opening celebration of its Wide and Ultrawide Bandgap Semiconductor Deposition Facility. The event will be held on the second floor of the Engineering Centers Building, and will include a short program, ribbon-cutting ceremony, and an opportunity to view the lab’s state-of-the-art AlN Agnitron MOCVD reactor.
