ECE Graduate Program Information Sessions November 16 & 17

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will be hosting multiple events November 16th and 17th to introduce prospective students to the many reasons why people choose our globally-recognized graduate programs. Driven by award-winning faculty, the student experience at UW-ECE is exceptional, engaging, and at the leading edge of both education and research.   During these events, prospective students will get to learn more about our programs, which include the MS Research program, Accelerated Master’s programs, and our PhD program. Participants will also meet our department Chair, faculty, and student services staff, and talk with current UW-ECE graduate students to find out the UW-ECE graduate student experience.  It will be a great opportunity to hear why Madison is a great place to live, learn and explore!

On Wednesday, November 16th, students who are not currently enrolled with UW-Madison are encouraged to attend one of our two identical, virtual sessions at 8am or 5pm CST. Using Gather.Town, students will be able to virtually interact with faculty, student services advisors, and current graduate program students and learn more about the many program options. To register for this event and see the full schedule, please visit the event website: visit.ece.wisc.edu

On Thursday, November 17th, current UW-Madison students are invited to an in-person graduate program information session. This session will be held from 2-4pm CST in 1413 Engineering Hall (Cheney Room). Similar to the virtual sessions, this event will be a great opportunity for current students to gather information and talk to faculty, staff, and current Badger graduate students. Current UW-Madison students should check their UW email for registration information for this in-person event or email visit@ece.wisc.edu for more information. If a current UW-Madison student is unable to attend at this time, they may register for the virtual event.

For questions, please email visit@ece.wisc.edu.
