Klingenberg, professor of chemical and biological engineering, received a 2018 Chancellor’s Distinguished Teaching Award, a UW-Madison honor presented annually since 1953 to recognize the university’s finest educators. The award recognizes exceptional teachers who go above and beyond traditional lecturing, and Dan says that the most rewarding aspect of being an educator is helping students achieve “aha moments” in the classroom.
