David Noyce, the Dr. Arthur F. Hawnn Professor of Transportation Engineering and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has won election to the board of governors of the Transportation & Development Institute, part of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Noyce will start his four-year term on the board on October 1, 2019. He will serve as the institute’s president beginning on October 1, 2021.
