October 31, 2022 Nearly half a million dollars in scholarships awarded to ECE students this fall Written By: Allyson Crowley Departments: Electrical & Computer Engineering Categories: Alumni|Awards|Graduate|Students|Undergraduate On a beautiful, October afternoon, more than a 100 electrical and computer undergraduate students were recognized at the ECE department’s annual scholarship reception. $399,400 was distributed to ECE students at every level of the undergraduate path, including $129,500 given to incoming first-year students. In addition to undergraduate scholarships, several students participating in the Electrical and Computer Engineering’s accelerated master’s program have received a total of $100,000 to support their academic experience. The department offers a Professional, MS and a Machine Learning and Signal Processing, MS as accelerated programs. ECE student Lingkai Zhao poses proudly with his Albert A.
