Matthias Professor and Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Zhenqiang (Jack) Ma a fellow of the society. Fellow is the highest grade of membership in the society. IEEE cited Ma for his contributions to flexible and biodegradable microwave electronics.
