Raj Veeramani, the Robert Ratner Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, has received a one-year $125,000 grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology for research and outreach collaboration with the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP).
Veeramani, who is also the executive director of the UW E-Business Institute and UW E-Business Consortium, is a longtime collaborator with WMEP, a nonprofit that consults with small and mid-size manufacturers in Wisconsin.
